The bastard broke my heart…

I would write that in my diary if I had one… I like how that sounds… with emphasis on bastard. It appeals my sense of humour. That’d be the only sentence on a perfumed page... and then I’d endlessly cry over it. Perhaps adding, and my work completely sucks too…

That is not entirely true but, hey, if one of the main pillars of my world falls down I’m entitled to see everything black; it makes me feel better in a weird kind of way.

Again, I would add and I don’t have friends, if my best one wouldn’t kill me for that. She is like the beautiful, model-body sister that I don’t have. No, I cannot add that sentence. A pity.

Believe me, normally I am not that overdramatic. I am mostly practical, at least in my professional work. I am a researcher. Good researchers are not overdramatic, so I am not. I like to think I am a good one.

I have lived in many different cities and met all kinds of people. However, I think inside me there is still a frightened child… argggg, screw that. That *is* overdramatic. I don’t have any kid inside me, fortunately…

And now, I’d better deal with the day. Second cup of coffee and quick peek of the post... No, He didn’t write to me asking for my forgiveness ... if him having stopped loving me is a thing a girl can ever forgive… Yeah, the bastard broke my heart… catchy.

Well, well…now that is strange. A letter from a lawyer, a Ms Lisa L. Waltz…Well, no need to worry, I haven’t done anything to him yet.

(Where the hell is this Parodopolis?. Again, I should have paid more attention to Geography lessons, but I digress..)

Dear Ms. Covert,

I extend my condolences on your recent loss
(Oh, my…is it common knowledge then?? …The bastard!) and wish to communicate that you are the only sole beneficiary of my late client, Ms. Drusilla Lemas (Yeah, sure..). Ms Lemas, your great aunt, was estranged from your family for many years but has left you a legacy in her will. If we could meet at your earliest convenience at Remembrance, the only house at Child’s Peak, I would like to discuss the terms of the Will with you.

     Yours sincerely,

Lisa L. Waltz,
First Lady of the Lair Legion, Keeper of the Book of the Law
Defense Attorney

Obviously this Ms. Keeper has made a mistake. I don't know any Drusilla. That is a name I would remember, even if estranged. My parents wouldn’t have concealed this information. Specially mum, she loves to talk, dosen't she?. Nah, this was just a scam, a con or something more sinister. There, little ball and into the fire… I wish it could have been true, though… kind of an adventure. Helping me to get over the Scum.. Perhaps I should have searched information about Ms Attorney before discarding the matter. How was the address again? Paody..Paddy…Anyway, I’d better run or I’ll be later for work… again…

Obviously, by now you all now that is by Yo. However, here I wanted to try something different and signing like Yo didn't seem right....And a big thanks to Ian for edditing my work!
